I only started building this site about a week ago around 5/9/25, right after the last job I held for 29 years finally ended. But during those three decades, while I was busy working and surviving, some serious misconceptions about me were left unchallenged. I came back not just to clear the record, but to make those responsible pay - figuratively, legally, or publicly - for everything they did to me and to so many others.

What you're going to see on this site might look outdated or strange at first glance. That’s okay. I'm learning on the fly too. The not so famous Buffalo Wings franchise Wings To Go may very well be totally out of business now. But, it’s just the start. All of the information on this site needs to be told. And I'm going back to 1996, my first year involved with Wings To Go, working part-time at my stepbrother's store - and I'm tracking everything forward to today. Every name, every move, every shady decision I can uncover. Because someone has to.

Let me be clear: I didn’t just get screwed by this Buffalo Wings Franchise with only 2 locations now. This very same Wings Franchise stole from me. Wings To Go also stole from my family. From friends too. They dragged people I cared about into their world of deceit and rumors, and they tried to destroy me on a personal level. In doing so, they hurt a lot of innocent people - people who never asked to be caught up in it. And I’m still here, still standing, and still dedicated to helping every one of them who was harmed by this company’s actions.

I had a plan to force some real accountability - maybe even liquidation, but realistically, I know that’s probably not going to happen now. Still, I haven’t walked away from it. Wings To Go is by far the worst company I ever had anything to do with. This though, right here, right now is my new job. And I’m one dedicated son of a bitch. I held on to the last one for 29 damn years and it almost killed me. I’ll hold on to this one until I die, too. Because I have something to finish.

I built part of this brand, this lame chicken wing franchise, and me and my family paid a price. And I won’t just watch it disappear without answers.

An email where John Martino the current CEO of Wings To Go INC. fabricates an address tied to my domain (davemonroe.net) in an attempt to shift financial responsibility.
This is the moment Wings To Go crossed the line.

Wings To Go Corporation - Serving buffalo wings from Maryland to California, went from 91 stores on the board to 13 just a few months ago - and now apparently only 2. This has to be the world's fastest chicken wing diet.

Exhibit B: The Alliance That Never Died

Over 21 years ago, Wings To Go joined forces with Mr. TexASS - aka Denis Darion / Dennis Dearion of Tyler, Texas. That alliance? Still going. Still toxic.

From former CEO Mark Goodnow's silence to current CEO John Martino's email fraud (see Exhibit A), WTG surrounds itself with shadowy figures. And Dennis? He's all fear, no facts - a wannabe cop with a long trail of threats, rumors, and zero receipts. I've got plenty.

This isn't checkers anymore. It's 4D Battle Chess - and I built the board.

Wings To Go doesn't just tolerate people like him - they promote them. So if you're searching "Wings To Go CEO," "Mark Goodnow fraud," or "Dennis Dearion Tyler Texas," consider this your heads-up:

Exhibit C: Corporate Betrayal, Signed and Sealed

This PDF is the letter Wings To Go used to fire me. Look closely - it says more than they meant it to.

"Other Serious Issues That Continue to Fester"
They never explain what those are. That's not a reason - that's a setup. In legal terms, it screams unequal treatment.

Alcohol, Behavior, and No Second Chances
They imply if it were just drinking, they'd work with me. But since it wasn't? I was labeled "too much trouble" and cut loose - no real offer of help, no chance to improve. If they'd offered others support, this was discrimination. Period.

RTW ≠ Free Pass
Even in a Right to Work state, you can't fire someone for:

Seeking medical/substance treatment

Retaliation

Unequal enforcement

Protected complaints
They broke the rules. I just wasn't in a position to fight back - then.

But now? I'm not just swinging back. I'm taking over.

This letter isn't just a memory - it's evidence.
And it's staying here for every lawsuit, search result, and coward who thinks I'll back down.

Exhibit D: The Fall of Cape Coral
(A True Franchisee Story)

I didn't just build websites for Wings To Go franchisees-I became their therapist, their sounding board, their last shot at survival when corporate left them to rot. This one... this is about Cape Coral. Julie and Larry. An older couple who invested everything they had into their franchise. Their money. Their home. Their final years. They gave it all-and they were failed.

And not just by WTG Corp.
By me, too.
Because whether I wanted to be or not, I was part of the system that failed them.

They sent me emails-desperate, honest emails-asking for help to make their store look more marketable, because the local economy had collapsed and corporate wasn't lifting a finger. And I did what I could. But in the end, it wasn't enough. And I carry that.

When WTG suddenly told all franchisees they weren't allowed to have their own websites anymore, that should've been a deathblow to my business. But in hindsight, maybe it was mercy. Because watching each and every store go under, one by one, like Cape Coral did? That would've hurt worse.

This isn't just about one failing location.
This is about watching good people-real people-get eaten alive by a system that pretended to support them.

My message to Allan:
 

"I promise you this... after the eventual liquidation of Wings To Go Inc,
I will personally deliver the t-shirt you so earnestly deserve.

There’s just one tiny issue:
It’s probably sitting wadded up like a used Kleenex
in Mark Goodnow’s desk drawer, now sealed and labeled "evidence."

And we all know what Mark did behind that desk.

Exhibit F: Holy F! – 121 Court Cases and Then... Silence

Since 5/16/2025, this page contains a curated and merged record of Wings To Go's legal history in the State of Maryland, pulled directly from the official Maryland Judiciary Case Search system. And remember - this is just Maryland. They used to have stores across the country all the way from Maryland to California. Just saying.

Let me be clear:
Some of these cases involve individual franchisees, others are Wings To Go Corporate suing, being sued, or getting tangled in financial, labor, and tax battles with its own people. Either way, they’re all tied to Wings To Go’s ecosystem—and it paints a picture of instability, deception, and dysfunction.

Over 121 court records have been documented—everything from state tax liens and writs of garnishment, to wire fraud, intentional torts, and corporate infighting.

But here’s what really stinks:
After 2014, they suddenly vanished.
The lawsuits stop. The records stop. The paper trail dries up.
Why?

Did Wings To Go find Jesus and become reborn in 2014?
No.
They didn’t change. But something did - and that silence alone reeks of strategic corporate burial.

I haven’t combed through every single case yet - but rest assured, I will.

They restructure, rename, or run.

Final Thoughts:

Since 1996 - for 29 years, I stayed silent while Wings To Go sold the image of family and community - all while stabbing mine in the back.

Mark Goodnow? Embezzled nearly $900k and blew it on his ego.
John Martino? The real boss behind the curtain, bleeding investors and manipulating loyalty with zero accountability.

In 2003–2004, they diluted my mother's significant private stock until her voice meant nothing. They didn't buy us out - they erased us.

Then came TexASS.
Dennis Dearion of Tyler, Texas - Wings To Go's personal rumor mill. No facts. Just fear. And they welcomed it.

Martino's recent move? A fake debt tied to my domain.

Even my mother sees it now. She said she would hand me her shares without a second thought. That's how real this is.

This isn't just about wings - it's about decades of fraud, fear, and betrayal.
I'm not here to ask. I'm here to finish what they started.

I'm not targeting non-profits, my rental office, or any neighbors caught in the crossfire. They were fed lies by Wings To Go and Denis Darion (TexASS) - pulled into a mess they never asked for. They're victims too, misled and used by people trying to cover their own asses.

My fight has always been with Wings To Go, John Martino, and Denis Darion / Dennis Dearion. Not those they manipulated along the way. *wink* and JustDave - Dave Thompson.

I've always been loyal, decent, and fair - but lies twisted how people saw me. That's fine. I know who I am.

Personal Note

Just now, I was outside smoking, watching my cats follow me around like little bodyguards, rolling in the sun, and I said out loud:

"Man... I couldn't write a book THIS good."

But I am.
One moment, one page, one day at a time.
And it's beautiful.

This isn't revenge. It's reclaiming space in my head they thought they owned - and throwing a party in their old office.

I owe them nothing. No explanations. No silence.

I'm doing what matters:
